Cleaning Services

Anchor Elite Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning and related cleaning services. The exact scope, price, schedule, and services provided may vary depending on the property, condition, requested services, and approved quote or service agreement.

Additional work outside the agreed cleaning scope may require additional pricing and customer approval.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or scheduling changes whenever possible.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the agreed service scope and information available when the quote or estimate is prepared. Changes to the condition or scope of work may affect pricing.

Payment is due according to the terms provided on the customer's quote, invoice, or other service documentation.

24-Hour Guarantee

If an area included in the agreed cleaning scope was missed, please contact Anchor Elite Cleaning Co. within 24 hours of service. We will arrange one return visit to address the qualifying missed area.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Anchor Elite Cleaning Co., you may receive messages related to your inquiry or services.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, estimates, quotes, invoices, payment-related notifications, service updates, and customer-support communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
